About the role

Enjoy creative garden design while leading a construction site in a dynamic landscaping company. As a Tiefbaufacharbeiter you will be part of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing site operations and ensuring high‑quality execution of construction tasks.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities on landscaping projects.
Manage a small crew, allocate tasks and monitor progress.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards.
Collaborate with designers and project managers to translate garden concepts into built reality.
Maintain site documentation and report on milestones.

Required profile

Experience in civil or groundworks construction, preferably in the landscaping sector.
Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively on site.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
