Testing Engineer (Hydraulic Products)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Testing Engineer to join our hydraulic product team in Sanand. You will support the development and validation of prototype hydraulic systems, ensuring high quality and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned testing tasks with precision and diligence.
• Coordinate priorities with the supervisor and report progress regularly.
• Handle test specimens, set‑up materials, and prepare test agreements and reports.
• Repair hydraulic products and maintain test bench areas.
• Prepare test set‑ups, assemble/disassemble prototype hydraulic units, and operate test benches.
• Acquire data using measurement instruments and analyse functional and fatigue performance.
• Conduct magnetic particle testing, 5S activities, and energy monitoring.

Required profile

• Engineering background with a focus on hydraulics or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed test procedures.
• Strong organizational skills to manage test documentation and reporting.
