Test Engineer – MBD/MiL/SiL (Automotive Control Software)

About the role

We are looking for a Test Engineer specialized in model‑based development (MBD) and simulation testing (MiL, SiL, PiL) to support the verification of engine and ATS control software. You will work within Bosch’s automotive software team, using MATLAB/Simulink and related toolchains to ensure high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, verify and validate engine and ATS control software components through MIL, SIL and PiL testing using MATLAB/Simulink, TargetLink and TPT.
• Develop and execute test scenarios derived from functional requirements.
• Run Polyspace analyses, interpret warnings and resolve critical issues.
• Perform scaling, auto‑code generation and Embedded Coder workflows.
• Analyse model and code complexity, runtime performance and production code generated by TargetLink.
• Integrate software modules and generate flash/hex/build files for deployment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, EEE or Computer Science.
• 3‑6 years of experience in engine or ATS control software development.
