About the role
Join Airbus India’s Engineering and PLM department in Bangalore for a 6‑month Test Automation internship starting January 2027. You will work on scripting, executing and debugging automated test suites while gaining hands‑on experience in modern software quality practices.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, PyTest, JUnit or TestNG.
- Execute test suites, analyse failures, report defects and participate in test plan and code reviews.
- Identify quality bottlenecks, prioritize defects and suggest corrective actions.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical team members.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java or C#.
- Good understanding of software testing concepts (STLC/SDLC) and agile principles.
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
