Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments, adhering to committed service timelines and route efficiency.
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, obtain Proof of Delivery (POD), and ensure accurate documentation.
• Scan shipments using handheld devices, update status in real time, and follow all SOPs.
• Maintain vehicle condition, comply with road safety guidelines, and report any incidents promptly.
• Represent the Blue Dart brand with professional grooming, punctuality, and teamwork.

Required profile

• Minimum 8th standard education; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in courier, logistics, or field operations.
• Valid two‑ or four‑wheel driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler if required.
• Physically fit, willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Shipment handling and safe collection/delivery practices.
• Cash collection (COD) and proof‑of‑delivery procedures.
• Mobile device/scanner usage for real‑time tracking.
• Basic computer and mobile application skills.
