Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer shipments on schedule, adhering to safety and operational standards.
• Accurately scan shipments using handheld devices and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections and provide proof of delivery (POD) compliance.
• Coordinate with Shift In‑charge and branch operations teams to meet service commitments.
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures, safety guidelines, and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills in English (and local language as required).
• Physical fitness to handle parcel loading and unloading.
