Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations (TSR) is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while delivering a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute safe handling, collection and delivery of shipments according to schedule.
• Perform accurate shipment scanning and ensure COD collections are processed correctly.
• Obtain and verify proof of delivery (POD) in compliance with company standards.
• Adhere strictly to operational procedures and service commitments.
• Collaborate closely with the inbound or outbound Shift In‑charge and the branch operations team.
• Represent the Blue Dart brand with professionalism at all customer touch points.
