Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations (TSR) is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory. The role focuses on delivering a superior customer experience while upholding safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and deliver customer shipments on schedule, adhering to service commitments.
• Handle shipments safely, perform accurate scanning, and manage cash‑on‑delivery (COD) collections.
• Ensure proof‑of‑delivery (POD) compliance and follow all operational procedures.
• Coordinate closely with the inbound or outbound Shift In‑charge and the branch operations team.
• Maintain high standards of safety, security, and brand professionalism while on the field.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the assigned territory.
• Ability to work in shift patterns as directed by the Shift In‑charge.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
