About the role
The Territory Service Representative (TSR) – Operations ensures timely pickup and delivery of shipments within the assigned territory. Reporting to the inbound or outbound shift in‑charge, the TSR supports Blue Dart’s commitment to reliable, time‑bound logistics across India.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute scheduled pickups and deliveries, meeting service level agreements.
- Collaborate with inbound and outbound shift supervisors to optimise workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, pickups, and delivery statuses.
- Provide frontline support to customers, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Travel up to 25% of the time to service multiple locations within the territory.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
