Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations ensures timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory. You will act as the frontline point of contact, delivering superior customer service while supporting inbound and outbound shift operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute pickups and deliveries according to schedule.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update tracking systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide status updates.
• Collaborate with Inbound and Outbound Shift In‑charge to meet service level agreements.
• Monitor and report on territory performance metrics.
• Travel up to 25% of the time to service the assigned area.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a shift team.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
