About the role
The Territory Service Representative – Operations supports Blue Dart’s inbound and outbound shift activities across a defined territory. Reporting to the Shift In‑charge, the role ensures timely and reliable service delivery while travelling up to 25% of the time.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Inbound or Outbound Shift In‑charge in daily operational tasks.
- Monitor service performance within the assigned territory and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to maintain smooth flow of parcels and shipments.
- Travel to various branch or service centre locations as required (up to 25%).
Required profile
- Background in logistics, courier, or related operations.
- Willingness to work in shift‑based environments.
- Ability to travel as needed.
