Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery process within an assigned territory, ensuring shipments are handled, delivered and recorded accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from vehicles and scan shipments.
• Outscan shipments according to the delivery route.
• Deliver shipments to the correct address and obtain customer acknowledgment.
• Update the system with undelivered status when necessary.
• Hand over undelivered shipments and COD amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Perform timely pickups at customer locations respecting cut‑off times.
• Count shipments, obtain acknowledgment, and record counts when serviceable.
• In‑scan shipments upon return to the office, enter data into the system and manage onward connections.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and handle packages.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate scanning and data entry.
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and obtain acknowledgments.
• Reliability in meeting delivery and pickup schedules.
• Trustworthiness in handling cash‑on‑delivery amounts.
