Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for end‑to‑end handling of shipments within a defined area. This role combines delivery, pickup, and sorting tasks while ensuring accurate documentation and customer acknowledgment.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting of parcels before loading them for delivery.
• Deliver shipments to the correct address, obtain customer acknowledgment via a BYOD device, and update status codes for any undelivered items.
• Hand over cash‑on‑delivery (COD) amounts to the supervisor on the same day and transfer undelivered parcels to the supervisor.
• Execute pickups according to SOP, respecting cut‑off times, verifying serviceable locations, and recording acknowledgments on pickup sheets.
• In‑scan shipments at the office, manage rapid entry, and ensure proper bagging and loading of canvas bags into the vehicle.
• Maintain proper dress code, carry field bags, and adhere to timely connection schedules at each delivery point.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures for both pickup and delivery operations.
• Comfort with using handheld devices for scanning and customer acknowledgment.
• Attention to detail for accurate status updates and documentation.
• Reliability in meeting delivery schedules and handling COD transactions responsibly.
