Territory Service Representative

About the role

The Territory Service Representative is responsible for end‑to‑end handling of shipments within an assigned area. This includes receiving parcels, sorting, delivering to customers, and managing pickups while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the vehicle and scan each shipment upon arrival.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting, then load sorted parcels into the delivery vehicle.
• Deliver shipments to the correct address, obtain customer acknowledgment via a BYOD device, and update status codes for any undelivered items.
• Hand over cash‑on‑delivery (COD) amounts to the supervisor on the same day.
• Collect undelivered parcels and transfer them to the supervisor.
• Follow the prescribed dress code and carry field bags for all delivery points.
• Execute pickups according to SOP, verify serviceable locations, count shipments, and record acknowledgments on pickup sheets.
• In‑scan shipments at the office, perform rapid entry, and manage bagging and canvas bag loading.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures for delivery and pickup.
• Physical stamina to handle loading and unloading of bags.
• Attention to detail for scanning, documentation, and status updates.
• Professional appearance adhering to dress‑code requirements.
