Territory Service Representative – Field Delivery (Jaipur Mansarovar)

About the role

We are looking for a Territory Service Representative to manage field delivery operations in the Jaipur Mansarovar area. The role involves visiting customers, handling service requests, and ensuring timely delivery of products and support. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and interacting with clients in Hindi, English and the local dialect.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site service visits and deliveries within the assigned territory.
• Collect and verify customer information and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and service calls.
• Coordinate with the service centre to schedule follow‑up actions.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment and adherence to safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 12th standard (high school) pass.
• Age between 20 and 28 years.
• 1–2 years of experience in a service centre or similar field‑delivery role.
• Good knowledge of the local geography of Jaipur/Mansarovar.
• Effective communication skills in Hindi, English and the local language.

Required skills

• Own two‑wheeler vehicle.
• Valid driving licence.
• Basic computer literacy.
