Territory Service Representative – Bike Delivery

About the role

We are looking for energetic Bike Couriers to join our territory service team. As a Territory Service Representative you will be responsible for delivering and picking up shipments across your assigned area, ensuring each parcel reaches the correct address and is properly documented.

Key responsibilities

• Unload bags from the delivery vehicle and scan each shipment.
• Perform primary and secondary sorting of parcels.
• Out‑scan shipments according to the delivery route and deliver them to the exact address.
• Obtain customer acknowledgment on a BYOD device and update status codes for undelivered items.
• Hand over COD amounts and any undelivered shipments to the supervisor on the same day.
• Follow the prescribed dress code and carry field bags to all delivery points.
• Execute pickups following SOP, verify serviceable locations, count shipments and record acknowledgments.
• In‑scan pickups at the office, perform rapid entry, and manage bagging and loading of canvas bags into the vehicle.
• Reach each location on time to ensure timely connections and deliveries.

Required profile

• Willingness to work on a bike and handle physical workload.
• Ability to follow dress code and carry field equipment.
• Commitment to adhere to SOPs and delivery timelines.

Required skills

• Use of mobile devices (BYOD) for acknowledgment and status updates.
• Barcode scanning and shipment tracking.
