Territory Sales Representative (TSR)

About the role

The Territory Sales Representative (TSR) is responsible for providing timely pickup and delivery services while growing the business on an assigned route. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently and fostering strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver shipments on your designated route, maintaining service quality and timeliness.
• Develop and expand the territory by acquiring new customers and increasing sales with existing accounts.
• Generate sales leads and convert them into active business opportunities.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, operational procedures, and competitive information.
• Report market insights and competition data to the business development team.

Required profile

• Dependable, friendly, and tech‑savvy individual.
• Own a two‑wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Age between 19 and 28 years.
• Minimum education: SSLC / 10th pass.
• Basic English communication skills (read, write, speak).
• Familiarity with the geographical area of the assigned route.
• Access to a smartphone for task management and communication.
