Territory Sales Manager – Professional Loans (Jaipur)

About the role

The Territory Sales Manager will drive growth of professional loan products across the Jaipur region. You will identify, acquire and nurture relationships with professionals such as doctors, generating new loan business while ensuring high portfolio quality.

Key responsibilities

• Map and segment the local market to pinpoint potential professional customers.
• Generate business through direct acquisition, offering customized loan solutions aligned with client needs.
• Achieve sales targets via prospecting, field visits, referrals, networking and relationship‑building within professional communities.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent loan sourcing and disbursement volumes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate loan processing, approval and disbursement.
• Track and report sales performance, sourcing productivity and business metrics.
• Participate in business development campaigns, contests and market‑expansion initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to service levels, productivity standards and process timelines.
• Develop relationships with key influencers and professional associations to enhance market penetration.
• Handle customer queries, post‑disbursement follow‑ups and long‑term relationship management.
• Execute sales activities in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and risk guidelines.
