Territory Sales Executive

About the role

The Territory Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and ensuring product availability across retail outlets within an assigned geographic area. The role focuses on increasing distribution, maintaining product freshness, and enhancing brand visibility to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Increase distribution and sales volume across retail accounts in the territory.
• Monitor and rotate stock to maintain product freshness standards.
• Partner with distributors to place orders, receive products, and grow business at each account.
• Expand shelf space and improve product placement for AB InBev brands.
• Introduce new brands and packaging where appropriate.
• Execute activation guidelines to secure incremental distribution, brand visibility, product facing, and displays.
• Attend sales and team meetings, discuss sales issues, competitive activity, and opportunities.
• Make daily decisions on inventory levels using sales history, climate changes, competition, and promotions.

Required profile

• Graduation or post‑graduation with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the local market, customers, and information channels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and make recommendations.
• Detail‑oriented, disciplined, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate across regions as business needs require.
