Territory Manager – Particle Board Sales

About the role

The Territory Manager will drive sales growth of Particle Board products across an assigned region. You will build and nurture dealer and distributor networks, increase product visibility, and achieve defined sales targets while fostering strong relationships with carpenters, contractors, and furniture manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Particle Board products.
• Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers and distributors within the territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, ensuring adequate stock levels and supporting promotional activities.
• Conduct regular market visits, organize carpenter meets, dealer meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and relay insights to management.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and distributors.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and maintain territory performance data.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, or building materials industry.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding dealer networks.
