Tender Engineer – Civil Construction

About the role

URC Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Civil Tender Engineer to join its Tendering & Estimation team. The role involves managing the full tendering cycle for building construction and EPC projects, ensuring accurate and competitive submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end civil tendering activities from enquiry to submission, including study of tender documents, drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and review BOQ, quantity take‑off, cost estimates and rate analysis based on market rates.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare vendor/sub‑contractor quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants and internal departments to gather tender requirements.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining project requirements.
• Maintain records of tender enquiries, quotations, estimates and submissions.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in civil estimation, BOQ preparation and tender documentation.
• Experience with large‑scale building construction or EPC projects is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tender requirements and meet deadlines.
