Temporary Associate Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

PATH is seeking a temporary Associate Recruiter to serve as a Talent Advisor for its Asia, Middle East & Europe (AMEE) region. The role will work closely with HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to design and execute recruiting strategies that attract high‑impact talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies, market research and talent pipelines for the AMEE region.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing strategic advice on headcount planning and talent sourcing.
• Source candidates using advanced technology, social media, targeted outreach and professional networks.
• Partner with Regional HRBP to align talent management plans with critical project staffing needs.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding communications.
• Guide interview teams to ensure efficient, professional interview processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with PATH policies and local labor laws.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and share best practices with global HR teams.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of full‑life‑cycle strategic recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; HR professional qualification is a plus.
• Proven experience recruiting professionals in India.
• Strong understanding of regional labor markets and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
