About the role

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a Teller for its Ratlam branch in Madhya Pradesh. This full‑time position is the front‑line point of contact for customers, responsible for delivering smooth banking transactions and promoting the bank’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers courteously and professionally.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other banking transactions accurately.
• Maintain and balance cash drawers with precise record‑keeping.
• Promote and cross‑sell bank products and services.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and security protocols.
• Collaborate with branch team members to meet service standards and branch goals.
• Support branch operations during peak hours while maintaining high attention to detail.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–4 years of experience in customer service or cash handling; banking experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to undergo background and credit checks.
