Telesales Representative (On‑site, Delhi)

About the role

Vardaan Enterprises is seeking an energetic Telesales Representative to join its Delhi office. In this full‑time position you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, promote the company’s products and services, generate qualified leads and close sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to promote products and services.
• Identify customer needs, explain features, pricing and benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads, follow up on prospects and achieve sales targets.
• Record all interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide basic customer support, resolve queries and coordinate with the sales team.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to improving sales scripts and processes.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Goal‑oriented mindset, able to work under targets and manage time effectively.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales or call‑center environments is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
