About the role

The Telesales Representative will drive outbound outreach to generate new leads and close sales. This role focuses on presenting and promoting products or services while building strong relationships with prospective customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
  • Understand customer needs, handle objections, and resolve complaints.
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of products, services, and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.

  • Ability to understand customer needs and address objections.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Detail‑oriented approach to data entry and record‑keeping.
