Telesales Executive – Outbound Voice Process

About the role
The Telesales Executive will handle outbound domestic calls to promote and sell health insurance policies. You will work in a fast‑paced call centre environment, ensuring high‑quality service that meets the company’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers across India.
- Present and sell health insurance products based on customer needs.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and incentive goals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the company system.
- Provide clear information, answer queries, and resolve basic concerns.
Required profile
- Graduation (any discipline) is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months experience in telesales or insurance sales, with an experience letter.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with two rotational offs.
- Availability for interview timings between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
