About the role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our loan products and services, generating leads, and converting them into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to understand their financial needs.
- Present suitable loan options based on customer requirements.
- Communicate clearly to build genuine interest in our loan products and services.
- Convert cold leads into warm prospects and nurture relationships.
- Identify customers’ financial goals and recommend the most relevant solutions.
- Establish trust and maintain a strong relationship with prospects to encourage them to choose our services over competitors.
Required profile
- Age between 21 and 30 years.
- Educational qualification: SSC (10th pass) from a recognized board.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi or Marathi preferred.
- Knowledge of English or other regional languages is an added advantage.
