Telesales Executive

About the role

As a Telesales Executive you will engage prospective and existing customers over the phone, using scripted dialogues and your communication skills to create a strong first impression and drive sales. You will build lasting relationships, address customer needs, and consistently meet sales targets while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing clients using provided sales scripts.
• Answer product‑related questions honestly and accurately.
• Record all customer interactions and details in the system.
• Develop and maintain solid relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Handle objections, rejections and stress with patience and professionalism.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly call‑volume and sales targets.

Required profile

• Located in Bangalore (BLR) or willing to relocate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (bilingual a plus).
• Patient, cool‑tempered, and able to handle rejections and stress.
• Strong listening skills and telephone etiquette.
• Good organizational, problem‑solving, time‑management and punctuality.
• Positive attitude with high energy and a strong hunger to achieve.
