Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to engage with prospective and existing customers, promote our products and services, and drive revenue growth. You will act as the first point of contact, understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through walk‑ins, referrals, calls and other sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clearly explaining features and benefits.
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and ensure post‑sale satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing structures, and market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telesales or similar sales environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
