About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to engage potential and existing customers over the phone. Using prepared scripts and strong communication skills, you will create a positive first impression, address customer needs, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Contact prospective and existing clients using sales scripts to promote products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
- Develop and nurture relationships that encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Answer product‑related questions honestly and engagingly.
- Handle objections, meet daily call volume targets, and achieve monthly sales quotas.
- Continuously expand product knowledge to provide tailored recommendations.
Required profile
- Based in Bangalore (BLR) or willing to relocate.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language a plus.
- Patient, calm under pressure, and able to handle rejections.
- Strong listening ability and professional telephone etiquette.
- Organized, punctual, and capable of managing time effectively.
- High energy, positive attitude, and a strong hunger to achieve results.
