Telesales Executive – Insurance Sales

About the role
The Telesales Executive will engage prospective and existing customers over the phone to promote Star Health's insurance products. You will educate callers on policy benefits, assess their coverage needs, and guide them toward suitable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate product information.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate health, personal accident, or travel insurance plans.
- Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Goal‑oriented with a focus on meeting sales quotas.
- Basic numeracy and understanding of insurance concepts.
