Telesales Agent – IVF Patient Support

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and confident Telesales Agent to handle patient enquiries for IVF treatments. You will provide accurate information, guide prospects through the consultation process, and help convert leads into appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from patients and prospective clients.
• Provide comprehensive details about IVF procedures, services, and related offerings.
• Convert interested leads into scheduled consultations and ensure consistent follow‑up.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling with doctors and clinic staff.
• Maintain and update patient records in the CRM system.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a leading IVF clinic or similar healthcare call‑center environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a basic understanding of healthcare services.
• Ability to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, six days a week.
