About the role
Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills is seeking a Telephone Operator to ensure smooth and courteous communication for both guests and hotel staff. The role focuses on delivering prompt, accurate and trouble‑free telephone support in line with hotel and Hyatt corporate standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the hotel’s telephone and communication systems.
- Provide timely and courteous assistance to guests and employees via phone.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, routing them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate call logs and report any issues to the relevant teams.
- Adhere to Hyatt’s service concepts, guidelines and corporate policies.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
