Telemarketing Specialist

About the role

The Telemarketing Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Mumbai, contacting prospective clients to introduce SOLITAIRE REALTY’s residential and commercial projects. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, handling basic inquiries, and supporting the sales team in scheduling meetings and site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and present real‑estate offerings.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update lead databases daily.
• Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate appointments with sales representatives.
• Handle basic customer inquiries, providing clear information about properties and services.
• Collect and share feedback from prospects to improve sales and marketing strategies.
• Consistently meet daily call targets while adhering to scripts and compliance guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong lead generation and sales abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, especially verbal phone etiquette.
• Relevant experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or real‑estate sales support.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mumbai and meet daily call targets.
• Proficiency with CRM or lead‑management tools.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and professional attitude.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
