About the role

Marketing Wale, a fast‑growing digital marketing agency in Uttarakhand, is looking for a full‑time Telemarketing Specialist to join its Haridwar office. You will be the voice of the company, reaching out to prospective and existing customers to promote services, qualify leads, and set up appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following scripts and campaign guidelines.
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information about Marketing Wale’s offerings.
• Record all interactions, call outcomes, and customer data in the company’s CRM system.
• Meet daily call volume and conversion targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing colleagues to refine outreach strategies.
• Handle basic customer inquiries, offer courteous support, and relay feedback on trends and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under targets.
• Comfortable managing time in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call‑center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field is an advantage.
