Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketing Executive to join Agate Business Consulting on a full‑time remote basis. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, introducing our management consulting and digital transformation services and helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
• Explain the company’s consulting, digital transformation and training services.
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and move them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and account teams to achieve targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in a B2B or consulting environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to engage clients effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to work independently using remote‑working tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
