About the role
One Step Solution is seeking a full‑time Telemarketing Executive to join its Mumbai team. This hybrid position combines office and remote work, focusing on lead generation, customer service and sales support for the diamond and jewellery sector.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and inbound calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications to drive sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Effectively convey the value of the company’s services to potential customers.
Required profile
- Proven ability in lead generation and sales activities.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Adaptability to a hybrid work model, staying organized both remotely and onsite.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales (advantageous).
- Familiarity with the diamond or jewellery industry is a plus.
- Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and within a team.
