Telemarketing Executive – Hybrid, Mumbai

About the role

Join ED Global Partners as a Telemarketing Executive, the first voice prospective clients hear from the firm. You will drive outbound outreach to founders, MSMEs, and mid‑market businesses, qualifying leads and scheduling discovery conversations for the consulting and advisory teams.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to target prospects and maintain consistent, professional tone.
• Qualify leads against defined client criteria and schedule discovery calls for business development or consulting teams.
• Adapt call scripts to suit each prospect’s context and capture outcomes, objections, and lead status in LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM.
• Follow up on warm leads, re‑engage cold contacts, and support outreach for events and webinars.
• Report daily and weekly call volume, conversion metrics, and lead data accuracy.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound business development.
• Comfortable with high‑volume calling, resilient to rejection, and able to maintain call quality throughout the day.
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional written skills.
• Business sense to explain services credibly and assess prospect fit.
