Telemarketer – Outbound Sales for Robotics Solutions

About the role

Milagrow HumanTech is looking for an energetic Telemarketer to generate qualified demo appointments for its range of consumer robotics products. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, presenting the value of our home‑cleaning, window‑cleaning, massage and lawn‑mowing robots.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to leads sourced from web inquiries, campaigns and referrals.
• Deliver a clear pitch that highlights product features, benefits and the value of a 20‑minute demo.
• Handle common objections (price, indecision, lack of interest) confidently without applying pressure.
• Schedule confirmed demo appointments and hand over qualified leads to the sales/demo team.
• Log every call outcome accurately in the CRM to ensure no lead is lost.
• Follow up with leads that did not convert on the first call.
• Meet daily and weekly call volume and demo‑booking targets.
• Provide feedback on objection trends and messaging effectiveness.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or telemarketing (consumer products preferred).
• Fluent, confident phone communication in both Hindi and English.
• Thick skin – comfortable handling rejection and persisting after a “no”.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools and Excel for tracking calls and targets.
• Ability to follow a pitch script while adapting naturally to conversation flow.

What we offer

• Salary range: 3.6 lacs – 4 lacs INR per year (not publicly displayed).
