Telemarketer – Outbound Sales & Customer Service

About the role

Nivav is seeking an enthusiastic Telemarketer to join its on‑site team in Delhi. You will be the voice of the brand, reaching out to prospective and existing customers to introduce our bamboo‑free incense products, understand their needs, and guide them toward suitable offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
• Explain product features, benefits, and usage instructions clearly.
• Handle basic objections and convert interest into orders or qualified leads.
• Record call details, outcomes, and lead information accurately in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments, product demos, or follow‑up calls for the sales team.
• Achieve daily and weekly call volume and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking English and Hindi.
• Customer‑service mindset with the ability to address inquiries and concerns politely.
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, or call‑center environments is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call‑logging tools.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Delhi and meet performance targets.
