Telemarketer – Outbound Sales Calls

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Telemarketer to join our Aurangabad office. In this position you will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce our products and services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls following a predefined script.
• Present product information clearly and answer basic customer questions.
• Document call outcomes and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Meet daily call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with teammates to refine messaging and campaign strategies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑service mindset with the capacity to handle inquiries politely.
• Basic sales aptitude to identify opportunities and support lead generation.
• Ability to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or customer‑service training is a plus.
