Telemarketer – On-site in Bhopal

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to join our team at Realty Organiser in Bhopal. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients, introducing our real‑estate SaaS solution and generating interest for product demos.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospects and clients.
• Qualify leads, gather relevant information and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and follow up on previous communications.
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to aid conversion and retention.
• Adhere to call scripts, compliance guidelines and daily call targets.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Clear verbal communication, active listening and concise product presentation.
• Experience in telemarketing, inside sales or call‑center environments is beneficial.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bhopal and manage call targets.
• Basic knowledge of real‑estate or SaaS products is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing preferred.
