Telemarketer – Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

About the role

We are seeking a confident, communication‑savvy Telemarketer to engage leads, qualify prospects, and turn inquiries into confirmed sales. The role involves outreach via phone and WhatsApp, handling customer questions, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up with leads through phone and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
• Qualify and filter leads based on budget, needs, and purchase intent.
• Explain products or services clearly and professionally.
• Handle objections, negotiations, and customer queries effectively.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders or sales.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups with prospective customers.
• Keep lead and customer information up to date in CRM tools.
• Coordinate with sales and team members to ensure smooth order processing.
• Achieve assigned calling, follow‑up, and conversion targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident, persuasive personality with strong negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle objections and difficult conversations professionally.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead conversion is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
