Telemarketer – Full-time On-site (Kochi)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telemarketer to join our team in Kochi. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will contact prospective students and clients, explain our maritime education services, and help them navigate enrollment options.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential students and partners to present our coaching and sponsorship programs.
• Answer inquiries, provide detailed information, and resolve any concerns.
• Schedule appointments and follow‑up meetings for the sales and admissions teams.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate contact and interaction records.
• Achieve daily call volume targets and collaborate with colleagues to generate qualified leads.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service abilities.
• Clear, professional verbal communication skills.
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is preferred.
• Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
