Telecalling Executive (Solar Solutions)

About the role

Kapil Power is expanding its solar business across South India and is looking for enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join the team at its head office in Nanakramguda, Telangana. The role involves reaching out to prospective customers, understanding their energy needs, and guiding them through Kapil Power’s solar solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
• Understand customer requirements and explain solar solutions offered by Kapil Power.
• Move interested leads through the sales process, coordinating site visits and quotations.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead‑follow‑up targets.
• Deliver a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation.
• Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, and English.
• Comfortable working from the office and engaging with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
