About the role
We are seeking a Telecalling Executive to join our freight forwarding and logistics team in Chennai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for both Indian and overseas offices, supporting customers across different time zones, and ensuring professional communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls for domestic and international clients.
- Work across various shifts to align with international time zones.
- Provide clear and professional customer communication and service.
- Coordinate with freight forwarding and logistics operations to address client queries.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of overall work experience in any industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in pricing and freight operations.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong command of Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
