Telecaller – Work From Home or Office (Indore)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our growing team. The position is open to freshers and candidates without prior sales experience who have strong communication skills in Hindi, English, or Gujarati. You can work from the comfort of your home or from our office in Indore.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries.
• Present products or services clearly and answer questions professionally.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets set by the team lead.
• Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve scripts.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior sales experience.
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English or Gujarati.
• Full‑time availability preferred; part‑time (minimum 4 hours/day) also considered.
• Disciplined, punctual and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a laptop and a reliable smartphone.
• Basic computer literacy (email, internet browsing, MS Office).
