Telecaller – Senior Living

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Telecaller to be the first point of contact for prospective residents and their families at Amaya, a premium senior‑living community. You will qualify leads, build rapport, explain project details and arrange site visits for our field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective buyers using databases, digital lead campaigns and walk‑in inquiries.
• Qualify leads by understanding timeline, budget, living preferences and care requirements.
• Communicate senior‑living amenities, pricing, floor plans and lifestyle features.
• Convince prospects to book site visits and coordinate schedules with field sales managers.
• Maintain follow‑up via calls, WhatsApp and email to keep leads engaged.
• Log call details, outcomes and lead stages accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle inbound inquiries politely, answering questions on pricing, plans and amenities.
• Address client concerns with high empathy, especially when speaking with elderly callers or multi‑generational families.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in tele‑calling, telesales or customer support, preferably in real estate, hospitality or senior‑living sectors.
• Fluency in English and local languages such as Telugu or Hindi.
• Strong emotional intelligence, active listening and persuasive phone etiquette.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience using CRM tools for lead management.
• Familiarity with voice communication platforms.
