Telecaller – Screening & Appointment Setting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calling and to schedule meetings for our sales team. The role focuses on screening inbound enquiries, handling AI‑identified hot leads, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using provided cold and warm lead lists.
• Screen inbound enquiries and AI‑identified hot leads.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Book meetings, send confirmations and reminders.
• Follow up consistently without being pushy.
• Maintain accurate call notes and lead updates in the CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly calling targets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or appointment setting.
• Fluency in Tamil and English; knowledge of Hindi, Telugu or Malayalam is a plus.
• Strong listening, communication and objection‑handling abilities.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes and follow‑ups.
• Reliable commute to Thiruvanmiyur.
