Telecaller Sales Representative

About the role

Join Justdial as a Telecaller Sales Representative and become the voice that connects millions of users with the platform’s wide range of services. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, presenting Justdial’s solutions, answering queries, and converting prospects into active customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to promote Justdial’s services.
• Explain product benefits, address customer questions, and close sales within set timelines.
• Achieve daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.
• Log call outcomes and update the CRM or internal tracking systems accurately.
• Follow up on leads, schedule callbacks, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team and supervisors to share feedback and improve sales pitches.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a professional phone manner.
• Proven sales and negotiation abilities, including persuasive pitching and objection handling.
• Customer‑service orientation with patience, problem‑solving, and a respectful attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM tools for data entry and call logging.
• Effective time‑management skills to handle high call volumes and prioritize follow‑ups.
• High school diploma or higher; prior telecalling or inside‑sales experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kolkata and adapt to rotational shifts if required.
